FortuneTiger.io is an independent information website about Fortune Tiger, published in English and Brazilian Portuguese. It explains how the game works, how to identify suspicious apps and websites, and how to diagnose deposit, withdrawal and account problems.
FortuneTiger.io is not a casino. It does not accept deposits, create gambling accounts, process withdrawals or distribute APK files.
What this site covers
The site focuses on a small set of questions around Fortune Tiger:
- game mechanics, RTP, RNG, respins and the ×10 multiplier;
- the difference between the PG Soft game and the casino operator providing access to it;
- fake apps, copied websites and misleading platform claims;
- missing deposits, pending or rejected withdrawals and account restrictions;
- first-hand observations from specific operators when a test has actually been performed.
What this site does not do
FortuneTiger.io does not publish winning systems, “best times to play”, signal groups or methods for predicting RNG results. It does not advise users to chase losses or bypass KYC, payment rules or geographic restrictions.
The site also does not treat a short playing session as evidence that one operator “pays more” than another.
Game, operator and payment systems are kept separate
Many complaints become confusing because several systems are described as if they were one company.
- PG Soft develops Fortune Tiger and publishes game information.
- Fortune Tiger is the game itself.
- The casino operator controls the player account, balance, KYC, deposits and withdrawal requests.
- Banks, wallets and payment providers may control later stages of a transfer.
- An unverified platform may use the Fortune Tiger or PG Soft name without proving a legitimate connection.
This distinction determines which evidence matters and who can actually resolve a problem.
Research and first-hand testing
Game claims are checked against primary sources such as PG Soft documentation and technical reports. Operator-specific claims should come from the operator’s own terms or from a documented first-hand test. Payment and regulatory claims are checked against the organisation responsible for that part of the process.
Operator marketing is not presented as an independent finding. When FortuneTiger.io has not tested an offer or behaviour directly, it should be labelled as operator-published or operator-advertised.
See Sources and Fact-Checking and the First-hand Testing Methodology for the full standard.
Diego Carlos
Diego Carlos is the webmaster and first-hand game tester for FortuneTiger.io. He records observable game, account and payment states during documented tests. His role does not make him the owner or legal entity behind the website.
Commercial relationships
Some third-party operator links may be affiliate links. FortuneTiger.io may receive compensation when a user visits or registers through one of those links. A commercial relationship does not determine factual conclusions, turn an operator claim into a verified fact or create a ranking.
See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Corrections and contact
Material errors should be corrected when reliable evidence shows that a published statement is inaccurate or outdated. See the Corrections Policy.
