If money left your bank, card or wallet but the casino balance did not update, the problem is normally between the casino operator and the payment chain. Fortune Tiger itself does not receive deposits. Check the transaction status and operator deposit history before sending another payment.
First confirm whether the money actually left
Check your bank, wallet or payment provider. A transaction can be authorised, pending, completed, rejected or reversed. These states are not equivalent.
- Pending: the provider has not completed the transfer.
- Completed: the provider says the funds were sent.
- Rejected or reversed: the money may not have reached the operator.
If the provider says the deposit is completed
Open the casino deposit history and check whether there is a matching entry. Save the amount, currency, time, method and transaction ID or hash. Send that reference to the operator so it can trace the credit.
If there is no matching deposit record
Ask the operator which payment recipient or address should have received the funds. Compare that with the recipient in your bank or wallet record. A mismatch can indicate the wrong address, an expired payment instruction or an unverified platform.
Should you deposit again?
Not as a troubleshooting step. A second deposit creates another transaction and can make the original problem harder to trace. First establish whether the first transfer reached the intended recipient.
What records should you keep?
- payment amount and currency;
- date and time;
- bank/wallet/provider status;
- transaction ID or blockchain hash;
- recipient name or address;
- casino deposit-history screenshot;
- support case number.
When should you verify the platform itself?
If the operator cannot identify the recipient, changes payment destinations unexpectedly or asks for more money before investigating, use the Fortune Tiger safety checks. For a wider payment diagnosis, see Fortune Tiger payment problems.
